About Me

I started this journey in January of 2015.  I realized that my lifestyle needed some healthy "tweaking" a little at a time.  I'm a very social person, so I decided to create a blog where I could share my experiences and hopefully help others out in their personal journeys to holistic, healthy living.  Plus I appreciate any input I can get from others on how to make my journey easier!

For now I am focusing on three main areas: spiritual health, healthy eating, and exercise.  I intend for my posts to reflect the things I'm doing to improve in these areas along with my successes and failures.  I hope that my experiences will encourage others and help them avoid the mistakes I'm making.

I am a wife, and the mother of three fur-babies.  I also have a passion for kids, and since I don't have my own, I like to "adopt" everyone else's!  This means I'm also always looking for ways to connect with kids, so my Pinterest board looks like I DO have kids.

I like simple, easy steps to take to improve my life.  I hope that my posts will be ideas that you can easily implement in your life without adding a whole other level of "crazy"!
